Talan has built its foundation upon making sure we are positiond to provide the highest level of service possible to our clients. In our continuing effort to better the effectiveness of our own Executve Team and our Associates, we have selected three individuals who are the top of their field to serve on the Talan Advisory Board. These individuals have a diverse business bakground and are resources not only for the Talan team, but also for our clients.  Having a team of people who care about the success of your business is what Talan is all about and we practice the same principles we promote to our valued clients.

Bryan L. Amman (former)

Bryan L. Amann has been a trusted advisor of everything from family to national and international businesses for over three decades in his various roles in federal and county government, as well as a practicing attorney.  Bryan’s clients have covered a spectrum of disciplines, including retail, cellular communications, internet service providers, health care providers, manufacturers, and leading software manufacturers. His expertise in business start-up and site selection has required extensive involvement with various governmental agencies at all levels.  Bryan graduated from the University of Michigan in 1979 and attended the Georgetown University National Law Center for his Juris Doctorate in 1984.  Bryan has also devoted substantial time and effort to various philanthropic activities.

Kevin McKenna

Kevin McKenna has been a Strategic Developer of Business and Organization solutions for over thirty years. Working internationally in the Automotive, Not-For-Profit and Aerospace arena, ‘Kev’ brings to leaders and organizations a practical and hands-on approach to dynamic Strategic Planning.  Real-world, real-time and reality-based strategic   focus is the heartbeat for thriving organizations. Appropriately aligned organizations are foundational to harnessing motivations and energies.  Bringing  People-Focus and Business-Focus together is the ultimate winning strategy.  Kev’s passion is to provide clarity for organizations looking to move their Teams from ‘striving’ to ‘thriving’, from ‘providing a place to work’ to ‘providing an environment to grow’.

Dr. Andrew Taylor

Dr. Andrew Taylor is the co-founder of Michigan Research Institute in Ann Arbor Michigan. MRI’s mission is to identify new technologies residing in Universities, Federal Labs and private corporations that can be further developed to meet critical national needs.  Working in conjunction with partners in Federal and State Governments, academia and the private sector, MRI manages technology development and demonstration projects which result in new products and industries. His past experience has involved managing Research and Development departments for multinational critical care medical companies including Novametrix Medical Systems, Ohmeda Medical and Mallinckrodt Medical. He is named inventor on over 20 US and International patents. Andrew has extensive experience in taking companies from inception through growth to a successful exit strategy.
